Jensen Beach Bank and assigns,
mortgages ,the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of
Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Dollars ($15,620.00)------cellars,
with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said EDWIN M. BALDWIN, JR. has ~
requested the said Jensen Beach Bank to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises; from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE; KNOW YE, That the said Jensen Beach Ban k
as well in coosideration of the premise: as of the sum of
Ten Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($10,300, 00)----------- dollars, to it
paid by the said EDWIN M. BALDWIN, JR.
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit- "
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
EDWIN H, BALDWIN, JR. heirs and assigns,
all that peace, parcel or trod of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wif:
A 0.1538 undivided interest ih fee simple absolute as tenant in
common in the certain real property described in the Master Form
Deed of Turtle Reef Condominiums 1, recorded in Official Record
Book 263, Page 2002, subject to divestment as set forth in said
Master $orm Deed and upon such divestment an interval ownership
consiting of Unit Weeks 5 and 6 in D-29, consisting of Apartment
Number D-29, and its undivided share of the common elements
of Turtle Reef Condominiums 1, as such is described in said
1 Master Form Deed.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said - - - - - -
E DW I N M , BALDWIN , J R , heirs and assigns forever, freed,
I~ exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incum-
~ trance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining. part aF said mortgaged premises not hereby released
therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies ~oF the holder thereoF. -
