4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here
shall constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned
promissory note and mortgage, the provisions of which are speci-
fically reaffirmed by the new Obligor.
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal
representatives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6. The Owner shall be bound to the Bank to the same extent
and in the same manner as if the Owner was Mortgagor under said
mortgage and the maker of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Bank hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable
on the sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and
the Bank hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance
of the mortgaged property to the Owner.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands
and seals the day and year fizst above written.
