WHEREAS, Ray Lein, a single adult ,mortgagor ,
by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 27 day of September St. ~ucl~.e977,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and For the County of
State of Florida, in OfFidal Records Book 2 7 4 ,Page 2 8 4 7 ,mortgaged unto
Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, Fort Pierce, Fla. and assigns,
mortgagee ,the premises therein particularly desuibed, to secure the payment of the sum of ($50,000.00
Fifty-thousand-and-no/100---------------------------- -Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said Ray Lein ~ s
requested the said Sun Bank of St . Lucie County to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE; KNOW YE, That the said Sun Bank of St . Lucie County
as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of

paid by the said Ray .Lein
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said

all that piece, parcel or trail of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:

Lots 1 through 5, Block 50; •
Lots 2 through 22, Block 51; '
Lots 9, 10, 13, 14, 15 and 16, Block 52; all in SAN LUCIE PLAZA UNI
ONE, a subdivision according to the plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 5 at page 57 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
j Ray Lein heirs and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien: of said mortgage, and every part thereaF; Provided always,
I nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or irtcum-
brance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises not hereby release. d
