EXTENSIO2J AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made the ~ 3 ~ t $ 4 ,between
the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a F or da Bank ng Corporation,
party of the first part, and Judy M. H m ~ •nn, ~ na l,o.- ~'••°''and
Parties of the second part; John W. Hamilton
WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed
a certain promissory note dated Au4ust 27. 1976 , whereby.
they promised to pay -to the SUN HANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party
of the first part, on order the sum of Three-thousan-
and no/100--dollars ($3,000.00)
the first payment coming due _FEb~t,ar~ ?7, ~9~~
Interest at 9~$ per annum
WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
following described premises, to-wit:
As described in mortgage recorded in O. R. Book 256 page 2360
in Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AND WHEREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holder of said
note and mortgage and the said parties of the second part are now the
owners of the said mortgaged premises,
NOW THEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assign
hereby mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid
balance of Three-thousand-and-nol100-- due on said note be,
~ and the same is hereby extended to be paid in the following manner:
$3,000.00 plus interest shall be due and payable June 15, 1980.
