in full force and effect in all respect and that nothing herein shall effect
or impair any rights and powers which t'~•• said party of the first part may

the case of non-fulfillment of this agreement.
AND the parties of the second part hereby covenant that they will pay the
payments as herein provided and the interest thereof at the time specified;
that they will perform and observe all the covenants, agreements, stipulations
and conditions on the part of the mortgagor in said mortgage contained in all
respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have set their hands and seals
