full arguments of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised, it
is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Strike paragraph
4 and S as affirmative defenses is hereby denied, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Strike
paragraphs 11 and 12 as affirmative defenses is hereby granted.
