STRICKLAND, Wife. FINAL JUDGMENT THIS CAUSE came on for trial this _1~ day of March, A. D., 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds at>id determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband-and wife now exists between-the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, therefore, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES BENJAMIN STRICKLAND, JR., and SUZANNE B. STRICKLAND be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them, and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. SEPARATION AND PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. The Separatior, and pra~.~erty settlement agreement (stipulation) admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto are retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
