O R D E R
THis matter coming on on the Petitioner's Motion for Temporary
Relief, testimony being taken and argument heard, upon consideration
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Husband is ordered and directed to stay away from and not
go upop the property of the wife's parents located at Rt. 4, Box 178-A
Dunn Road.
2. The Husband is ordered to stay away from and not go upon the
property leased by the parties, located at 3126 Duban Terrace, except
that the Husband may go upon-such property in the company of a
Deputy Sheriff, to remove his personal belongings.
3. The Husband, BARRY P. EVANS, is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, molesting, annoying, harassing, belittling,
or using physical violence on the Wife, VEDA CARLEEN.EVANS. All
and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida are hereby directed
to render such assistance to the Wife as may be necessary in insuring
the Husband's compliance with this Order, without further Order of
this Court.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida, this 17th
day of March, 1980.
