shall be that contract copyrighted 1978 by The Florida Bar and
The Florida Association of Realtors, with those exceptions set out
in this option and subject to the terms hereof. The Lessee
represents that he has not contacted any broker or real estate
person. Brokerage, if any, is the Lessor's responsibility.
