IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that ALAN F, WAITKUS
'has failed to pay the child support as recµired by the Final Judgment/Order of this
Court entered on the 21st day of January 19 77 , and is, as
of this date March 14, 1980 , in arrears $ 363.00 , in-
cluding Court Costs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $ 363.00
arrearage at the rate of $_.20.00*** per week, each and every week commencing
Tuesday, March 18, 1980 These payments to be in addition to the regular
$ 25.00 per. week support payments provided for above, making a
total ;ayment of $ 35.00 per week , plus the Statutory Clerk's fee
of $2.00. Payments to be made in cash, cashier`s check or money order. If Respondent
ALAN F. WAITKUS does not purge himself of his contempt as provided for
above, he shall be required, upon, written affidavit of the Petitioner, to show cause
why he should not be incarcerated in the St. Lucie County Jail for THIRTY days.
FURTHER ORDERED ***Payment of arrears may be made in lump sum payment when
Income Tax Refund is received.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
of such further orders as may be proper. ~
