ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT
IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that JACK HYLICK, JR. has
willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the Final Judg-
went of this Court entered on the 29th day of August, 1978, and is, as of this 14th
day of March, 1980, in arrears $363.00 including Court Coats of $13.00, it is;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court for not paying through the Clerk of the Court and not making child support
payments each and every week. He may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter'
paying the $363.00 arrearage in four (4.) monthly payments and making regular child
support payments of $50.00 each and every week to the Clerk of the Court in cash or
by cashier's check or money order. These payments to include an additional $2.00
Statutory Clerk's fee. If Respondent JACK HYLICK, JR. does not purge himself of
his contempt as provided above, he shall be required upon written affidavit of the
Petitioner to serve SIXTY (60} days in the St. Lucie County Jail.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the
entry of such further orders as may be proper.
