NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
T0: BRYN MAWR CAMP RESORTS, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation,
and all other parties claiming an interest in the property
described below:
NOTICE is given that a suit instituted in the Circuit Court
of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, on March 1980, by the above-named Plaintiffs
against the above-named Defendant, involving the following
described cash monies, to wit: $2,332.33 paid by cashier's
check and deposited with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Roger
Poitras, as reflected by a Certificate of Transfer dated
February 6, 1980, and filed February 6, 1980, in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official Record Book
325, Page 736.
The relief sought in this suit is the enforcement of
a mechanic's lien, damages and further relief set forth in the
Complaint, and a claim against said monies on deposit with the
Clerk of this Court.
