Borrower and Lender agree that all references to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage. ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows: 21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty- years from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort- gage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed the orginal amount of the Note plus US $ I!ONE - INWITNESS WHEREOF, Borrower has executed this Mortgage.
