PARTIAL RELEASE OF JUDGMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, O. J. POWELL d/b/a O. J. POWELL COMPANY, and E. C.
COLLINS, JR., obtained a judgment in Case No. 64L73E in the Circuit
Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, against CONSOLIDATED DEVELOP-
MENT CORPORATION, D.A.D., INC., a Florida corporation, and E.Z.E.,
INC., a Florida corporation in the sum of $22,500.00, which judg-
ment was recorded in O.R. Book 153, page 461, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the amendment of which judgment
was recorded in O.R. Book 155, page 260, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and which judgment was subsequently
assigned to INDIAN RIVER TRADING CORPORATION OF FLORIDA and recorded
in O.R. Book 173, page 646, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, INDIAN RIVER TRADING CORPORATION OF FLORIDA, in
consideration of the premises and the sum of $10.00 and other valu-
able considerations, hereby releases and discharges the following
described property from the lien and operation of said judgment:
Lot 19, Block 1, ELDORADO SUBDVISION, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 2,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

FLORIDA has execute~_this Partial Release of Judgment in accordance

edgments,.personally appeared J. W. DICKSOIy, to me known to be the
President of INDIAN RIVER TRADING CORPORATION OF FLORIDA and he
acknowledged executing the same in the presence of two subscribing
witnesses freely and voluntarily under authority duly vested in him
by said corporation and that the seat affixed thereto is the true
corporate seal of said corporation.
