JEFFREY S. GAINES, being first duly sworn upon
oath, deposes and states as follows:
1. That he is the attorney representing the
surviving joint tenant of JOSEPH J. HEN~ESSY, deceased,
" to-wit, DORO'T'HY M. HENNESSY, who resides at 7012 Dryden Court,
in the Village of Greendale, Milwaukee County, State of Wis-
sin.
2. That heretofore a Continuous Marriage Affidavit
was duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida on February 25, 1980 as Document
No. 477048, in OR Book 326, Pages 473-476, inclusive.
3. That said Affidavit affected a parcel of real
estate legally described. as follows:
Lot numbered eight (8) in Block numbered
forty-one (41) of the First Unit of San
Lucie Plaza, S/D, County of St. Lucie,
• State of Florida.
4. That attached hereto is an original Nontaxable
Certificate and Receipt for Estate Tax issued by the Florida
Department of Revenue as No. E 79643, dated February 27, 1980, _
certifying that said Estate of JOSEPH J. HENNESSY, deceased,
was not subject to the payment of any Florida Estate Tax.
5. That this Affidavit is made for the purposes
of spreading the information contained h rein upon the public
record as relates to the a re scrib d reel of real estate.
