HACKLEY, SR., hereinafter referred to as the mortgagor, by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 17th day of May, 1979, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida in Official Records Book 309, Page 306, granted and conveyed unto LORETTA STAFFORD and JOHN STAFFORD, her husband; FRANCIS N. MOATES and KAREN L. MOATES, his wife; BETTY ANN FOREMAN and RAYMOND FOREMAN, her husband; KENNETH L. JACKSON and LILY J. JACKSON, his wife, d/b/a COASTAL DEMOLITION COMPANY, hereinafter referred to as the mortgagee, and their assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of $132,500.00, with interest as therein mentioned; and ~IHEREAS „ the said mortgagor has requested the said mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage. NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said mortgagee, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of Fifteen Thousand & iVo/100 Dollars ($15,000.00), to them in hand paid by, or on behalf of the said mortgagor at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said-mortgagor, - his heirs and assigns, that certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more particularly described as follows: For a Point of Beginning, camience at the SE corner of Tract C OOASTAL COVE, t~]IT N0. 1, as per-plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, Page 71, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence run Northerly along the Easterly boundary to the NE corner of said Tract C; thence turn and rin W along the N boundary of said Tract C, 150 feet to a point; thence turn and run SE on line extending from the boundary of said Tract "C" to a point on the S boundary line of said Tract C, which is 150 feet W of the aforesaid Point of Beginning; thence turn and run E along the S boundary of said Tract C to the Point of Beginning. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the ,same, with the appurtenances, unto the said mortgagor, his heirs and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter .or diriinish the effect, Lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
