IN RE: The Marriage of
JOSEPH WILLIAM HERZOG, JR., Husband,
and
KAREN SUE GALLOT HERZOG, Wife.
ORDER ON TEDiPORARY RELIEF
THIS MATTER having come on before me on March 10, 1980,
upon the Wife's petition for temporary relief, both parties
having appeared in Court and having stipulated to the entry
of this Order, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife is hereby awarded temporary custody of
the minor child of the parties, JOSEPH WILLIAM HERZOG, III.
The Husband is hereby awarded visitation rights as follows:
he shall pick up the child at the home of the Wife's mother
at 1:30 p.m. every Sunday, and shall.~return the child to
the home of the Wife's mother at 4:30 p.m. every Sunday.
2. Commencing Friday, March 14, 1980, the Husband shall
's
~ pay to the Wife the sum of $30.00 per week as temporary child
support. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition, there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order
is in effect.

3. The Husband is hereby granted temporary possession of
the marital home located at 811 Avenue M, Fort Pierce, Florida.
4. The Husband is hereby granted temporary possession of
