T0: The above-named Defendants, and all other parties claiming
an interest in the. property described below:
NOTICE is given that a suit instituted in the Circuit Court
of the nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, on March l~ 1980, by the above-named Plaintiff against

the above-named Defendants, involving the following described
cash monies, to wit:. $6,092.04 paid by check and deposited with
f the Clerk of the Circuit Court, P.oger Poitras, as reflected by
a Certificate of Transfer dated December 31, 1979, and filed
~ December 31, 1979_, in the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in Official Record Book 323, Page 294.
The relief sought in this suit is the enforcement of a
mechanic's lien, damages and further relief set forth in the
~ Complaint, and a claim against said monies on deposit with the -
+ Clerk of this Court.
