O R D E R -
THIS CAUSE came vn to be heard on March 11, 1980 for
purposes of a scheduled Pre-Trial Hearing. At-the outset of
the hearing counsel of record for the Plaintiff, presented
an Ore tenus Motion for Continuance. -After giving consideration
to the issues raised at the hearing as well as the Ore Tenus
Motion for Continuance, it is, -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(a) Plaintiff's Ore tenus Motion for Continuance is
- hereby granted and this cause is hereby removed from this

Court's trial docket beginning March 17, 19$0.
(b) This cause is hereby re-scheduled for trial on
this Court's docket beginning June 16, 1980. -
{c) That Plaintiff shall file a written Pre-Trial
Statement within ten (10) days from date of entry of this Order.
(d) That in the event that Defendant is unable to locate
James Curtis such so as to be able toypresent his live testimony
at trial, Defendant may introduce into evidence at trial the
sworn statement from James Curtis which was attached to
Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment.
