THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 14th day of March,
1980, upon the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice
and the Court having heard argument of the Plaintiffs and
of the attorney for the Defendant, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss with
Prejudice be held in abeyance and that the Plaintiffs be and
they are hereby required to file their Second Amended Complaint
within ten (10) days from the date of said hearing which is
March 24, 1980, and a failure on behalf of the Plaintiffs to
file a Second Amended Complaint shall result in dismissal of

this action, but not with prejudice.
