having been adjudged in default on the 3rd day of August, 1979,
for failure to file any paper as required by law and for failure
to appear in the cause; and the Plaintiff having prove3 the
allegations of their Complaint by a sworn affidavit filed herein,
and the Court having ascertained the amount which the Plaintiff is
now entitled to recover; in consideration of the premises, the
Plaintiff is now entitled to a Final Judgment as a matter of law,
and it is therefore,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that a Final Judgment is granted
in favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendant in the sum
of Five Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Five and 23/100's ($5,835.23)
