WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this I~~' day of March, 1980,
between K-DOCK, INC., a New York corporation, with its principal
office c/o William J. O'Hara, 6 Mountain Road, (Irvington P.O.),
Town of~Greenburgh, Westchester County, New York, party of the
first part, and ERNEST M. KINDGREN, residing at Box 128, North
Salem, Westchester County, New York, WILLIAI•i J. O'HARA, residing.
at 6 Mountain Road, (Irvington P.O.), Town of Greenburgh, West-
chester County, New York, and TULEY E. DI FALCO, residing at
7 Taxter Road, (Irvington P.O,), Town of Greenburgh,,Westchester
County, New York, parties of the second part, as Tenants-in-
Common,
WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and-other good and valuable
consideration to it in hand paid by the said parties of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and. sold to the said parties of the second
