The Husband, KAREL KIRK, by and through his undersigned
attorney, having petitioned this Court for an Order requesting
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services to make an
investigation and social study concerning the custody of the
minor children of the parties in this cause, pursuant to
Florida Statutes, §61.20, hereby stipulates to the entry of
the following order.
