This cause having heretofore come on for trial and the
respective parties hereto having appeared before this Court
with counsel and the Court having taken; testimony of the
parties and heard the evidence herein,.and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
deterriines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject ~±atter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
OP.DERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The Carriage of BAP.BpRA F.

~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
~ the bonds of patrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.

minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to BA'~BNR1~ F.
TOP'~L.IN with reasonable visitation rights reserved to C£'A_DY
TONZ,IP]. The Y.usband's right of visitation to said children
shall include three ~aeekerid visitations per month, Saturday
morning through Sunday evening, commencing the 22nd day of
riarch, 1980 providing, however, that in the event the Fife has
