attending religious services and the Husband shall return the

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 14th day of March, 1980, GRAPY '
TOI~IN shall pay to BARBARA F. TO?"LIN the sum of $25.00 per

child per~week and that such amount shall be increased on the
1st day of July, 1980 ,to S35.00 per child per week for the
j; support of the minor children until said children reach ~?,ajority,
marry or beco~±e self-supporting.
Each payt*~ent shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to BARBARA F. TOP4I.IN. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sari of $2.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
f their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
~ Order is in effect.

j 4 . MEDICAL EXPEi3SES . GRADY TON!LIN shall provide a
hospitalization policy for the benefit~of the minor children
to cover the medical, dental and optical expenses of the minor
~ children and such amounts not co~~ered by the hospitalization
policy shall be borne one-half each between the parties.

- as luctp sum alimony the sum of $4,500.00 payable within ninety
(90) days from date hereof.
