(i the Husband shall execute a power of attorney to the Wife conc-
I~veying his interest in the jointly owned automobile within ten

7. ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS, The Court determines that

~~the Husband, GRADY TOMLIN, should be responsible for a reasonable
portion of the attorney's fees incurred by the Wife and that he
'should pay tow3zds the Wife's attorney's fees the sum of $500.00

±i plus court costs in the amount of $64.00 within ninety (90) days

';from date hereof,
8. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each. of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
`I annoying, the other.

9. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
,parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
