ARTICLE IV
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
. emainder of my estate of whatsoever the same may consist and
heresoever the same may be located to my husband, WILLIAM JEFFERSO
OLLOWAY, provided he survives me for thirty (30) days. If he
oes not survive me for thirty (30) days, then I direct that all
he rest, residue and remainder of my estate be divided into five
(5) equal shares and~be distributed as follows:
A. One (1) said equal share to my daughter by a prior
arriage, NANCY JO BRYANT, per stirpes.
B. One (1) said. equal share to my son by a prior marriage
OBERT THOMAS BRYANT, per stirpes.
C. One (1) said equal share to my son by a prior marriage,
ILLIAM SCOTT BRYANT, per stirpes.
D. One (1) said equal share to my daughter by a prior
arriage, DEBORAH KAY BRYANT, per stirpes.
E. One (1) said equal share to my husband's daughter by
prior marriage, NANCY LEE DAVIS, per stirpes.
ARTICLE V
If at the time of my death I have any minor children and
y husband shall survive me, then and in that event I direct that
f y said husband, WILLIAM JEFFERSON HOLLOWAY shall be appointed

I he guardian of both the person and the estate of my minor children.

erve without bond. If he should predecease me or fails to qualify
