good and valuable. consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms to the Party of the
Second Part, their heirs and assigns forever, that certain
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 17, Block 2, WAGNER SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 74, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
