PARK Unit 1, as per plat thereof recorded in plat book 8, at page
42 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGOR
HEREIN COVENANTS AND AGREES THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGOR herein shall make within 15 days of the due date III
herein, the payments called for in the first mortgage now I
I encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at. its office
or some other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(2)The MORTGAGOR herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEE herein
acknowledge in writing, the existence of this mortgage and the s
amount still due thereon, on an estoppel form provided for this
purpose by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(3)This is a purchase money second mortgage.
(4)This is not homestead property as the MORTGAGOR herein presently {
resides at 706 "B" N. 17th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida. l
(5)Upon request by the MORTGAGOR herein, the MORTGAGEE herein, at
its option, within twenty (20) years from the date of this mort-
~ gage may make future advances to the MORTGAGOR herein. Such fut-
~ ore advances, with interest thereon shall be secured by this
i mortgage deed when evidenced by a promissory note or notes
I stating that said note or notes are secured hereby. At no time
shall the principal amount of indebtedness secured by this more- ~
gage deed,not including proper sums advanced to protect the
security of this mortgage, exceed the original amount of the
note or notes secured by this mortgage deed plus $1,000.00 U.S,A,~
