Pierce, Florida. l (5)Upon request by the MORTGAGOR herein, the MORTGAGEE herein, at its option, within twenty (20) years from the date of this mort- ~ gage may make future advances to the MORTGAGOR herein. Such fut- ~ ore advances, with interest thereon shall be secured by this i mortgage deed when evidenced by a promissory note or notes I stating that said note or notes are secured hereby.
