ledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits,
and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, acrd acknowledges that each and every
provision of fire foregoing is essential to the successful operation acrd management
of the Condominium property find is in fire best interests and for fire benefit of all ~
'the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed •

are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges'and confirms
that the Declaration of Cover><-urts and Restrictions of the Property (a~rrrers' Association
has enctanbered and irnf;,ressed a 1 ien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to '
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Coverrurts •
and Restrictiorir~ of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
