SO RF, his wife, of Hammerichatrasse 9, 2000 i j~ Hamburg 52, Germany,-hereinafter referred to as "SETTLORS", `j and FIRST NATIONAL BANK and TRUST COMPANY of Stuart, Florida, i hereinafter referred to as "TRUSTEE". ~i j ARTICLE I TRUST ESTATE ~ Transfer in Trust j 1.01. The Settlors have transferred and. delivered to the Trustee the property described in Schedule A, which - is attached hereto and is made apart hereof, the receipt of ~ which is hereby acknowledged by the Trustee. Such property and all other property transferred to and received by the Trustee to be held pursuant to this trust shall constitute the "Trust Estate" and shall be held, administered, and ~ distributed by the Trustee,hae hereinafter provided. Additions to Trust Estate j 1.02. The Settlors, either during their lifetimes ! or by will at their deaths, or any other person, may at any f ~ time add other property acceptable to the Trustee to the t ~I trust. Such property, when received and accepted by the Trustee, shall become part of the Trust Estate.
