1~ Consent of Trustee to Amendment '
1 2.02.
I' The trust may not be amended to change the
obligations, duties or rights of the Trustee without the

written consent of the Trustee to such amendment.
'1 Trustee's Duties on Revocation

2.03. ~f the entire trust is revoked by either one
or both of the Settlors the Trustee shall transfer to the
I Settlor revoking the Trust, or both, as the case may be, all
11 of the Trust Estate and shall execute and deliver all instruments
I~ which are necessary or appropriate to release all interests
i
of the Trustee in the Trust.
I ARTICLE III DISTRIBUTIONS BY TRUSTEE
Net Income to Settlors
3.01.
During the respective lives of the Settlors, i

the Trustee shall pay to or apply for the benefit of the ~
Settlors, or to the survivor of them, in quarterly or other
" convenient installments all of the net income from the Trust
Estate unless otherwise directed in writing by either
Settlors.
Division of Trust Estate After Death of Both Settlors
3.02 (1) Immediately following the. death of both
Settlors, the Trustee shall, after payment of all Trust
Expenses and applicable taxes, pay over and distribute all
i+ Trust Assets to Settlor's son, JON CHRISTOPHER KENVYN SOTTORF,

if living, and if not then to his issue, per stirpes. If

the. Settlors' said son leaves no issue surviving him, then

$ all Trust Assets shall be distributed to the Settlors'
~y Godson, KARL STEENGRAFE SCHMIDT, of 73 Whitney Drive, Berkeley
Heights, New Jersey 07922, or his issue, per stirpes. There
being no surviving issue, per stirpes, the Trust assets

~ shall be distributed to the heirs at law of KARL STEENGRAFE ~
SCHMIDT. Thereupon, this Trust shall cease and terminate.
