Whenever the right of any beneficiary to ;i payments from the net income or principal of the Trust i Estate shall terminate, either by reason of death or other 'j cause, any net income from the Trust Estate undistributed by Ei the Trustee on the date of such termination shall be held, administered, and distributed by the Trustee in the same ! r manner as if such income had accrued and been received by the Trustee after the date such beneficiary's right to receive payments from the trust terminated. i~ I Spendthrift Provision l 5.02.
