ARTICLE VI RESIGNATION AND COMPENSATION

I~ 6.01. The Trustee shall have the right to resign at 1
i! any time, and on such resignation the Settlors shall appoint

a successor Trustee. In the event of the failure, refusal,
s or inability of the Settlor to appoint such a successor
;j Trustee, the Trustee or any then current beneficiary of any ~
i
trust provided for in this Agreement may secure, at the
joint expense of all trusts provided for in this Agreement
and then in existence, the appointment of a successor Trustee M
by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Rights and Powers of Successor Trustee.

6.02. Any successor Trustee appointed as provided i

in Section 6.01 of this Agreement because of the resignation,
or other act of the Trustee, shall, on such appointment
being made, immediately succeed to all title of the Trustee
to the Trust Estate and to all powers, rights, discretions,

and immunities of the Trustee under this Agreement with the

f same effect as though such successor were originally named .

Compensation of Trustee f
6.03. The Trustee herein appointed, shall be entitled +
to receive annually compensation for its services hereunder
in accordance with the schedule of compensation of the
Trustee currently in effect when the services ara performed,
