Annual Accounting
6.05. The Trustee shall make an annual accounting

to the current income beneficiary or beneficiaries of the

include a report of the receipts, disbursements, and distri-

it butions since the last accounting, and the status of the ii
principal any any undistributed income on hand at the date

of the accounting. The approval of any account by such '

income beneficiary or beneficiaries shall be final and ~
binding upon all persons as to the matters and transactions
shown in the account.

IM ARTICLE VII CONSTRUCTION OF TRUST

Applicable Law ~

Invalidity of-Any Provision
7.02. Should any provision of this Agreement be br
! become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of ,

this Agreement shall be and continue to be fully effective.
