Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, does hereby
join in and consent to the maY.ing of the Declaration of
Condominium of Pioneer Grove, a condominium, dated the 26th
day of December, 1979 and recorded under Clerk's File No.
470935; provided, however, nothing herein shall in any way
affect the priority of the lien of said mortgage.
