i. To endorse by Icgal means the provisions af.the Condo-
minium Act, the separate i)ecIarations oC Condominium these Articles,
tlrc Ilylaws of the Association and the Regulations for the use of the
condominium properties.
j. 'l'o contract for the management and operation of the
• condominiums, including their common elements; and to thereby delegate
all powers and duties oC the Association, except such as arc specifi-

4.i. "fhe members of the Association itiill consist of all ~f the

membership will he established by recording in the public records
