Association of a copy of such instrument. 'fhe owner designated by ,
such instrwnent thus becomes a member of the Association and the
membership of the I~ri~r owner is terminited.
4.3. The share. of a member in ~thc funds and assets of the '
Association cailllot b+e assigled, llyllothecated or transferred in any
manner except as an appurtenance to his condgminium unit.
4.4. The owner of each condominium unit shall he entitled to at
least one vote as a member of the Association. The exact number of
votes to be cast by owners and the manner of exercising voting rights
shall be determined by the. Bylaws of the Association.

5.1. The affairs of the Association will he .managed by a board
consisting of the number of directors determined by the Bylaws of
-the Association, but not less than three directors; and in the absense
of such determiliatioll shall consist of three directors. Directors
' need not be members of the Association. ,
5.2. All of the duties and pourers of the Association existing
wider the Conelomi~lium Act, Declaration of Condominium these Articles
and Bylat:s shall. he exercised exclusively by thr Board of Uircciors,
its agents, contractors or employees, subject only to approval by
unit owners when t11at is specifically required.
5.3. Directors of the Association will be elected at the annual
meetinb of the members in the manner determined by the Bylaws of the
Association. U-irectors may be removed and vacancies on. the Board of
Directors will be filled in the-manner provided by the Bylaws of the
Association.

' after the Developer Ilan closed the sales of all of the condominium
units of all condominiums established by it upon the lands described
in Article 2 hereof, or until it elects to .terminate its control of

I; The Directors named in these Articles will serve until the first
Election of directors and ally vacancies in their number occurring
before the first election will be filled by the remaining directors.

5. 5. The names and addresses of the members of the first Board
