THIS AMENDMENT, Made this 12th day of March ,
1980, by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
Corporation, hereinafter called "Developer", for itself, its
successors and assigns.
• W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREIN, the Developer makes the following Amendment
to the Declaration of Condominium of Sand Dollar Villas Condo-
minium B, to which this Amendment is attached and recorded in
the Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
1, That pursuant to Section 5.3 of said Declaration
of Condominium the Certificate of Surveyor attached hereto •
as Exhibit "A" is hereby filed due to the fact that substantial
~ completion of construction of the condominium has taken place.

2. That the attached Certificate of Surveyor certi-
~ fies the facts required by Section 718.104(4)(e), Florida Statutes.
