BEFORE ME, THE UNDERSIGNED AUTHORITY duly authorized
to administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally
appeared John K. Quillen, P.L.S. who, after first
being duly cautioned and sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is a duly registered Surveyor, Florida
Certificate No. 3267, under the laws of the State of Florida. '
2. Affiant hereby certifies that the Declaration
of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM B, together
with the exhibits attached thereto, constitutes a correct
representation of the improvements located upon the real
property described therein and as shown tied to the South
property line as found monumented and as set forth in
Exhibit 1, attached hereto, and that the construction of
the improvements is substantially complete so that the
provisions and exhibits contained within the above
declaration describing the condominium property constitutes
an accurate representation of the location and dimensions
- of the improvements, and that the identification, location,
and dimensions of the common elements and of each uAit can
be determined therefrom. ~
