That this Affidavit is made in compliance with Section 865.09
F.S.A. -
That the affiant composes all of the persons interested in
the business enterprise known and doing business as

and that the extent of the interest of each affiant said enterprise
is as follows:

That the affiant has advertised her intention to register the
foregoing fictitious name pursuant to the provisions of Section 865.09,
F.S.A., at least once a week for four consecutive weeks prior to the
filing of this affidavit in THE NEWS TRIBUI~ , newspaper of
general circulation in St. Lucie County, Florida, published
continuously in said County each week for a period of one year next
preceding the first publication of said notice, all of which will more
fully appear by publisher's affidavit of proof of such publication,
hereunto attached and by reference thereto made a part of this affidavit.
