the Claim of Lien filed by you on October 30,1979 and recorded
in O. R. Book 319 at Page 1321 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida and that the time within which you may file
suit to enforce your lien is limited to sixty (60) days from
the date of service of this Notice.
