COMES NOW the parties, by and through their undersig:~ed
attorneys, and hereby stipulate and agree to the transfer of ~ _
the venue of this cause from St. Lucie County, Florida to
Palm Beach County, Florida, and in support thereof would
show that the contract between the parties provides that
all causes of action arm ing thereunder shall be litigated
in Palm Beach County, Florida. The parties further hereby
agree and stipulate to the entry of the following Consent
Order transferring this cause to Palm Beach County, Florida.
