THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court upon the
foregoing Stipulation of the uarties, and the Court having
considered said Stipulation, and being otherwise duly ad-
wised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The venue of this cause be, and the same is here-
by transferred from St. Lucie County, Florida, to Palm
Beach County, Florida, and the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, be, and the same is
hereby authorized and directed to transfer the Court file
in this cause to the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
Palm Beach County, Florida, for further proceedings in
this cause. Upon the transfer of this cause to Palm Beach
County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said
County be, and the same is hereby ordered and directed to
advise ,and notify the attorneys of record in this cause
that the file herein has been so transferred, and to ad-
vise said attorneys of the name of the Judge to whom this
case has been assigned and to advise said attorneys of the
case number which has been assigned to this case in Palm
Beach County, Florida.
~ 2. The Plaintiff, HOWARD NORTH d/b/a NORTH BRICK AND
~ CONCRETE, for the use and benefit of DAVIS & SONS CONCRETE,
INC., a Florida corporation, be, and the same is hereby
directed to pay-the filing fee in Palm-Beach County, Florida,
necessary to complete the transfer of this cause to Palm
Beach County, Florida.
