ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN IIY THESE `RESENTS that BAR ELEVEN RANCH
COMPANY, a Wyoming corporation, party of the first part,
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and No/100
($10.00) and other valuable considerations received from
DORIS REPKE, JULIA HUNT, SHIRLEY MOHR and BAidK OF LARAMIE,
TRUSTEE OF THE DORIS REPKE TRUST, parties of the second
part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign transfer and set over unto
DORIS REPKE,as to an undivided 3.92 percent interest; JULIA
HUNT, as to an undivided 56.455 percent interest; SHIRLEY
MOHR, as to an undivided 15.849 percent interest; BANK OF
LARAMIE, TRUSTEE OF THE DORIS H: REPKE TRUST, as to an un- -
divided 23.776 percent interest; a certain Mortgage bearing
the date of September 30, 1968, made by James A. Devlin,
as Trustee, and Edward B. McLaughlin, as Trustee, in favor
of J.B. Brewer, Jr., and Viola B. Brewer, also known as
Viola H. Brewer, his wife, and Florence H. McClure and
recorded in O.R. Book 173, page 2631, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described parcels
_ o~ land, situated and being in said County and State, to wit:
Parcel A.
Beginning at the SE corner of the NW 1/4 of the
SE 1/4 of Section 18, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, run north along the east line of the
NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 18, a dis-
tance of 192.4' thence run west on a back angle
of 88° 15' to the east boundary line of Canal 29
of the North St. Lucie River Drainage District
also known as Five Mile Creek, thence ruz south-
easterly along the easterly boundary line of said
Canal 29 to the south line of the NW 1/4 of the
I SE 1/4 of said Section 18, thence run east along
E the south line of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
said Section 18 to the SE corner thereof and

Also all that part of SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4
