lying north of Okeechobee Read (State Road 70)
subject to a road. reservation contained in
Deed from Model Land Company, a Florida
corporation, to A.S. Cleveland, dated April _
22, 1919, recorded in Deed Book 36, page 496,
of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, for a strip of land 30' wide between
Lots 2 and 3 for road purposes.
LESS AND EXCEPTING all rights-of-way for public
roads, drainage canals and an electric trans-
mission and distribution line.
Together with the note described in said ir~ortgage, and the
moneys due and to become due thereon, with interest as pro-
vided therein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of
the second part, their successors and assigr:s Forever.
