AGREEMENT
IN RE: From the NW corner of Lot 37, WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION, as
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 23, St. Lucie County,
Florida, run South 89°42'17" East along the lot line, 78
feet, thence run South 00°02'03" East 4.08 feet to the
South line of Midway Road, thence run South 89°22'07" East
along the South line of Midway Road, 100 feet to the Point
of Beginning, thence run South 00°02'03" East, 190 feet,
thence run South. 89°22'07" East 143.04 feet to a point 15
feet West of the East line of aforesaid Lot 37, thence run
North 00°01'57" West, 190 feet to the South line of Midway
Road, thence run North 89°22'07" West, 143.10 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
WHEREAS, CLARA M. HYLAND STROWE, hereinafter called "STROWE",
is.the owner of the above described property which is currently
her residence and,
WHEREAS, JOSEPH MOLA, JR., LINO MOLA and EMILIO MOLA, here-
inafter called "MOLA", have, this day, purchased from Strowe,
property adjoining the above described property on the West and
South, and
WHEREAS, STROWE, in the Contract of Sale on the property ad-
joining, agreed to give Mola a recordable instrument specifying the
conditions under which Mola might acquire title to the property de-
scribed above,
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of Mola closing
the purchase of Strowe's property adjoining the above described
property on the West and_South, Strowe hereby gives Mola the right
of first refusal on the purchase of the above described property,
which right is as follows: Mola shall have the right to purchase

.MC4 bona fide written offer made to Strowe, her heirs or personal rep-

- `gin resentatives, which Strowe, her heirs or personal representatives

-wish to accept, by giving Strowe notice of Mola's intention to
do so within twenty days after written notification to Mola of
such bona fide offer. Such notification shall be sent certified
mail, return receipt requested, to Mcla at the mailing address
