designated by Mola on the tax records of St. Lucie County, and be
accompanied by a fully executed copy of such offer to purchase
received by Strowe, which must state the price and terms of the
sale of the above described property and the interest rate. Should
Mola wish to exercise the right to purchase, Mola must, within
twenty days of receipt of such notification from Strowe and copy
of offer of purchase, notify Strowe by certified mail, return re-
ceipt requested, at Strowe's tax roll address, of Mola's intention
to exercise said right to purchase. If Mola so notifies Strowe,
Mola shall have ten days in which to obtain a title insurance com-
mitment and, if title be found marketable, to close the purchase.
If Strowe shall not receive an offer of purchase but de-
cides to offer same for sale, she shall give Mola the same notifi-
cation and information as required for a third party offer and
Mola shall have the right to purchase the above described property
under the same conditions as stated above for a third party offer.
This agreement shall bind and benefit the parties hereto,
their respective heirs, Personal representatives and assigns.
Arthur J. Strowe, husband of Clara M. Hyland Strowe, has executed
this agreement in addition to the owner of said property, to negate
any possible suggestion that he has any ownership interest in the
above described property.
IN WITNESS 47fiEREOF, this agreement is executed in duplicate, -
