the heirs of the decedent and also to determine the percentage
shares of the said heirs.
11. That it will be in the best interest of the heirs
and of the Estate for this Court to determine the heirs and shares
to which they are entitled. t
WHEREFORE Petitioner requests this Court to determine
the heirs of the decedent and the shares to which they are entitled
under the laws of Florida and for such other relief as this Court
deems just, equitable and proper.
UNDER penalties of perjury I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
