hereinafter called the MORTGAGEES. which term shall include the heirs, legal representatives.
successors and assigns of the Mortgagees wherever the context so requires or admits. ~
WITNESSETH: That for divers good and valuable consideration. and also inconsideration '
of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note or notes of even date herewith hereinafter
described, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. the Mortgagors do hereby grant, bargain.
sell. .alien. remise. release. convey and confirm. unto the Mortgagees, their heirs. successors,
and assigns. all the ::ertain piece parcel.... or tract , of land of which the Mortgagors
are now seized and possessed and in actual possession. situate in the County of St. Lucie,
and State of E'lorida, described as follows:
Lot 13, Block 1234, of Port St. Lucie, Section 20 of Subdivision
thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, page 2I, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the tenements, here-
ditaments, easements. rights. powers, privileges, immunities. and appurtenances. thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions. remainder and remain-
ders. rents, issues and profits thereof, and also'bll the estate, right, title. interest, homestead.
dower and right of dower. separate estate, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the Mortgagors of, in and to the same and every part and parcel
thereof unto the Mortgagees in fee simple.
And the Mortgagors hereby covenant with the Mortgagees: that the Mortgagors are inde-
feasibly seized of said land in fee simple; that the Mortgagors have full power and lawful right
to convey the a3ame in fee simple as .aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagees at all
~ times peaceably and quietly to enter upon. hold, occupy and enjoy said land and every part
" thereof; that said land is free from all encumbrances.
